Workshop Catalog

For the 2020-21 school year, New Shoots mentorships went online to accommodate pandemic safety regulations. Now we’re pleased to present those workshops to you, completely free of charge! Each multi-session workshop is self-paced, multimedia, designed for a teen audience, and taught by two qualified mentors who were, at the time, completing graduate studies at the UBC School of Creative Writing.

Have a look through our archives below!

PLEASE NOTE: Anthology information will be out of date. Only current New Shoots participants may submit work to the anthology. All workshop material was created/collated by the mentors who taught that course.
